Implements #7
For now, it logs changes to people, users, roles and payments. It can easily be extended to other models later.

Also:

Fixes a bug when purging a person with group membership
Extract a pagination helper for the templates
Reuse field value and role binding rows instead of re-creating them
Answer 404 when deleting a missing user, role or payment
Don't blank Name anymore, only email, and explain why in the code

Add a GORM global callback to log things with their author
Add admin audit page
Show latest changes on edit pages to admins
Reuse field value and role binding rows instead of re-creating them
Delete purged rows one by one so each delete is logged

Update README with audit rules
Revert bootstrap danger color for better contrast
Don't blank Name anymore
